Refund and Cancellation Policy for Ultra Design Lab
- Overview: At Ultra Design Lab, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be issued for our services.
- Digital Design Services:
- Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital design work, including but not limited to graphic design, website design, and logo creation, all completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.
- Revisions: We offer a set number of revisions as per the agreement with the client. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be charged accordingly.
- Printing Services:
- Non-Refundable: Once an order for printing services has been confirmed and sent to print, it cannot be cancelled, and the cost is non-refundable.
- Errors and Omissions: If there is an error on our part, such as incorrect printing or quality issues, we will reprint the order at no additional cost to the client.
- Social Media Management Services:
- Cancellation: Clients may cancel ongoing social media management services with a 30-day written notice.
- Refunds: Payments made for services already rendered are non-refundable. Any prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Custom Projects and Packages:
- Non-Refundable: Custom projects and packages, including but not limited to branding packages and comprehensive marketing campaigns, are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- Cancellation: Custom projects may be cancelled prior to the commencement of work. Any payments made will be refunded, minus any administrative or consultation fees.
- Consultation Services:
- Non-Refundable: Fees paid for consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
