Terms & Conditions For Our Services

Welcome to Ultra Design Lab. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ultra Design Lab’s services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Offered

Ultra Design Lab provides a range of digital and printing services, including but not limited to:

• Graphic Design
• Web Design and Development
• Branding Services
• Social Media Marketing and Management
• Content Creation
• Printing Services

Payment Terms

• All projects require an upfront payment of 75% of the total cost before the commencement of work.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of files.
• 50% additional amount payable for extra design or options for a project. No free Extra Design/Options with a design or Project.
• There are 25% discount for agency or resellers on regular price list. Discount applicable only for amount 5000 per month or above on regular price. Agency or reseller should be paid 5000 in advance. Remaining amount will be paid before final delivery of project.
• Payment methods accepted include UPI and Bank Transfer.

Project Timeline and Revisions

• Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of work.
• Clients are entitled to 3 revisions per project. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• Ultra Design Lab will not be responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary feedback or materials.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, clients will receive the rights to use the final designs for the agreed-upon purposes.
• Ultra Design Lab retains the right to use any project outcomes for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

• Ultra Design Lab will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and materials provided for the project.
• Clients agree not to disclose any confidential information about Ultra Design Lab’s business practices or designs to third parties.

Termination and Cancellation

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice.
• In the event of termination, clients will be billed for the work completed up to the termination date.
• Upfront payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Liability and Indemnity

• Ultra Design Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Ultra Design Lab harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.

Quality Proofing

• Ultra Design Lab will ensure high-quality printing services, but cannot guarantee exact colour matches due to differences in screen displays and print processes. All printing job work is subject to a 5% error.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs like content, size, colour, quantity, etc before printing or final delivery of any projects within timeline. Ultra Design Lab will not be held responsible for any errors found after client approval.

Amendments to Terms

• Ultra Design Lab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bikaner, Rajasthan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan.
