1. Service Quotations

All quotations provided via Ultra Design Lab are valid for 30 calendar days. Final pricing depends on client sign-off on artwork proofs, paper GSM selection, and quantity specifications.

2. Artwork & Pre-Press Proofs

Clients are responsible for reviewing digital pre-press proofs for spelling, dimensions, and CMYK color accuracy prior to authorizing press runs.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of custom design contracts, full commercial usage rights and master vector files are transferred to the client.
