1. Service Offerings

Ultra Design Lab provides a SaaS marketplace matching customers with freelance designers, offering custom digital template downloads, on-demand offset and screen printing services, website design, and local marketing booster utilities.

2. Fees and Payments

All pricing rates displayed via the online estimator tool are exclusive of Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless specified. Payments for printing runs and premium template purchases must be settled in full before production starts.

3. Fair Marketplace Conduct

Designers agree to deliver authentic creative layouts. Customers agree to respect designers' intellectual property. Attempts to bypass marketplace payment escrow systems will lead to immediate account suspension.

4. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate customer or designer accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of our policies, database abuse, or payment defaults.
