If you believe a designer template uploaded to our marketplace violates your copyrights, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing structural proof of ownership and the target URL.

2. Designated Agent Coordinates

Submit your intellectual property complaints directly to: support@ultradesignlab.com. Include the subject header "Intellectual Property Infringement Takedown Notice".

3. Counter-Notifications

If you are a designer whose layout template was removed due to a DMCA claim, you can submit a counter-notice showing evidence of original creation or valid licensing agreements.

4. Repeat Offender Termination

To preserve marketplace integrity, we implement a repeat infringer account termination policy. Designers with multiple verified copyright violations will be permanently banned from the marketplace.
