1. Purpose of Agreement

This Seller / Designer Agreement outlines the mutual covenants and parameters for creators offering creative layouts, website designs, or logo vector assets on the Ultra Design Lab SaaS platform.

2. Payout Commisions

Ultra Design Lab processes payments via secure gateways. A marketplace platform service fee is deducted from the digital design sales price. Commissions will be displayed inside your designer wallet console.

3. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultra Design Lab from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from third-party actions asserting that your uploaded templates infringe upon their copyrights or trademarks.
