By accessing or using the Ultra Design Lab website, mobile application, or designer marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using our services.

2. User Accounts

Users must register an account (as a Customer/Merchant or Freelance Designer) to unlock advanced print estimators, upload custom design templates, and participate in design collaborations. You are solely responsible for maintaining credentials confidentiality.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand logos, UI graphics, and software code are the property of Ultra Design Lab. Individual templates uploaded by freelance designers remain their property, subject to the marketplace distribution licenses granted herein.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ultra Design Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the marketplace, delays in custom print delivery, or third-party designer conduct.
